The way out?

    Q: How do you see a realistic way out of the current situation?

    The question mentioned is probably the hardest one in the recent history of world. During the last two months too many injudicious and irresponsible moves have been made on all the sides, enough for the ordinary person to loose the last faith in sense and logic.

    Therefore, we do not dare predicting the future scenes. Instead, here comes the proposal of ours about what has to be the way out of this tragedy.

    NATO has to declare the ceasefire, to give a chance to the negotiations again. Ten years of negotiations are better than ten days of war! After the bombardment stops, the opposition in Serbia will able to think and to act.

    Some kind of compromise could be found about deploying the peace-making ground troops for protecting the peace in the region. However, one should not insist in them being consisted of NATO troops, for the obvious reason - the people of Serbia are, with a reason, too spited in NATO alliance because of all the deaths, blood and devastation it broth. The important point is for the forces to allow the safe come-back of the refugees, while it is not important to be NATO forces.

    It would be necessary to ask for all the pressures possible to be made on Milosevic in person, including the extradition of his to Hague, instead of punishing whole the people of Yugoslavia, that have already suffered enough 'cause of his sick political moves.

    The Western countries should strongly invest in the opposition in Serbia. Several billion dollars is the cost of NATO campaign for the time being. If only they had invested even 1% of that amount in the democratic forces in Serbia, there would have been no crisis on Kosovo!

    Finally, it would be more than indispensable to ask for a condemnation and sentence for all the individuals from whatever side (Serbian, Albanian, NATO) that are being responsible for killing of the innocent civilians of whatever nationality for whatever aims.

    P.S. In the meantime, we received information Hague Tribunal accused Milosevic for war crimes.

    Dispute that great majority people in Serbia would give everything just to see Milosevic in jail, we can't believe that they accused him in this moment. Plane with Chernomidin is about to arrive in Belgrade right now with some kind of peace deal. We could had peace this week. But now is all over. Milosevic will never agree to any kind of deal because it would be suicide for him. Some group in USA wants war badly. Major ground war. That will be the only option now. They chosen the worst moment to indict prosecution. Can't believe that international court have zero independence. There was always thoughts that USA have influence over them but this is too much. They are saying them what to do and when to do.

    This is a great propaganda move for NATO. Everybody who would be against this decision would be directly accused of being for Milosevic.

    We are all dead...
