Effect of NATO Propaganda Efforts

Q: I'd be interested to just know if you could estimate how many people do you think have actually seen a leaflet or tuned into a NATO broadcast (I've read they are using an airplane to broadcast news on Channel two in Serbia)? Most, many, or only a few seen or heard the NATO propaganda? How would you characterize the broadcasts? Professional, condescending, etc.? Do many people in the region have the capability to get SkyNews or CNN by satellite dish?

Our estimates show that only a few have seen the leaflets. And those who did find them hypocritical and some even funny, mainly because of the poor Serbian they're written in. As for the broadcasts, there are no broadcasts on the Channel Two. People in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nis (so far) have the opportunity to get SkyNews and CNN but don't find them truly professional and objective. They're often compared to our state television. The majority has no way to get these programs.
