How many aircraft have been shot down?

Q: Our government and the American Media lie to us constantly about everything. Do you have any idea as to the aircraft that have been shot-down in this insanity?

If the question refers to NATO aircraft, besides the F-117, A-10 shot 10 days ago somewhere on Kosovo, F-16 shot down near Sabac 15 days ago and several of unmanned drone aircraft, we have no idea how many have been shot down. Those three were shown on TV and our independent "war experts" said that was probably not a forgery.

Yugoslav army officials sometimes state that the number of shutdown planes is as much as 60-70 (throughout Serbia) and that hundreds of missiles have also been shut down. State television claimed 3-5 aircraft are down every night. That's nothing, Iraqi state television claimed 20 aircraft per day in Gulf War, so we are way behind them. We often say in our chitchat "Last night state TV (or reporter of state TV himself) shot down 5 aircraft".

Russian army officials (unofficially) claimed that around 200 aircraft are damaged and now are useless in air raids.

NATO officials admitted shot down of F-117 and a couple of unmanned drone aircraft.

As to the real number, there is no way for us to know.
