When NATO decides to stop bombing, what to do then?

Q: What do you think needs to be done when NATO does decide to stop the bombing? The refugees will need to return but the fighting would most likely go on, correct? So if Milosevic allows for peacekeeping troops wouldn't that also be giving Kosovo their freedom in some ways?

Your question is similar to the one posted by John, but I'll add something more.

If you refer to the fighting between the Yugoslav forces and KLA: along with the withdrawal of Yugoslav forces complete disarmament of the KLA must take place. If this is possible remains to be seen.

Milosevic agreed to "some peacekeeping troops" (the answer is written on June 6). Do any troops, even peacekeeping mean freedom? I think not. True freedom, both for the Albanians and Serbs, lays in a different system: one with no Milosevic on power, with true willingness to live in peace and democracy.
