Power grid in Novi Sad, just like in rest of Serbia, was under NATO attacks. Power supplying and hence water and bread supplying are highly irregular and unstable. With its attacks on power grid in Serbia NATO willingly created real humanitarian catastrophe of 10 million people. Ironically, only Milosevic regime is spared.

NATO bombed the military barrack in Novi Sad with 8-9 missiles. Few missiles went off target and hit the residential area. One missile fell in the Janko Cmelnik street and heavily damaged two houses and primary school "Svetozar Markovic Toza". Missile made 10 meters wide and 4 meters deep hole in the middle of the street, while the next street entrance is blocked. Three more missiles fell in the surrounding area. Fortunately, residents of that area were evacuated on time, so there were no casualties.
